Refund Policy

All coaching sessions and packages with Navora Coaching are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payments are required in advance to reserve session time. Once a session or package is purchased, no refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed appointments, or early termination by the client.

Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.

In the event that Navora Coaching must cancel a session, the client will be offered a reschedule or credit.
